What do you need to apply for it?
For Immigration to give you the "green light", you must meet these points:
2 years in Spain
Prove that you have been living here for at least two consecutive years. (Asylum time does not count).
Integration Report
Now it is mandatory. It is issued by your City Council or Autonomous Community.
Study commitment
Be enrolled or commit in writing to undertake an official training.
Clean record
No criminal problems in Spain or your home country.
What can you study?
Not just any course is valid. The training must be official and at least 50% in-person.
ESO for adults
Get your high school diploma at an adult education center.
FP Cycle
Intermediate or Higher Degree in any professional family.
Professional Certificate
Levels 1, 2 or 3 in certified professional training.
SEPE Courses
Training in hard-to-fill occupations.

The process: Step by step
Submit application
At the Immigration Office (EX-10 form). The ideal is to do it online.
Enroll in 3 months
If they approve you with a "commitment", you have 3 months to deliver the real enrollment.
Duration and Extension
The permit lasts 1 year. If the course is longer, you can ask for an extension if you pass the course.
The final prize
When you finish your studies successfully, you will be able to apply for a 2-year residence and work permit. You will be fully legal!
