Expulsions and CIE:
Protect your future
A deportation order is not the end; it is the beginning of a strategic legal defense. We have managed to get people out of CIEs when all seemed lost.
We don't just know the law, we fight it every day
Receiving a deportation notice is probably the most tense moment for any foreigner in Spain. It is normal to feel fear or think that the road ends here.
The law is strict, but the new 2025 Regulation offers legal "cracks" that we know how to exploit.

What does a deportation order really imply?
It is not a simple administrative procedure; it is a sanction with immediate effects that you must know to be able to act:
Mandatory Departure
A period of 7 to 30 days to leave the national territory.
Blocked Procedures
Your pending applications for arraigo or residence are automatically archived.
Entry Ban
Between 5 and 10 years without being able to enter Spain or the Schengen Area.
"The Supreme Court has ruled that deportation cannot be an automatic punishment for simply being 'undocumented'. Without other aggravating factors, we have plenty of arguments to stop it."
Your rights: The legal shield
Even with a police notification in your hand, you still have fundamental rights.
Lawyer from minute one
Specialized technical defense is vital. A mistake in the first 48 hours can be fatal.
Free interpreter
Right to understand every word of what you are accused of before signing anything.
Social Rights
Emergency health and education for your minor children, always guaranteed.
Judicial Protection
A Judge, and not only the police, must decide if your deportation is fair and proportionate.

How do we turn it around?
Our mission is to "clean" your record. These are the tools we use to win:
A. Precautionary Measures
Our specialtyWe ask a judge to "freeze" the deportation. If accepted, they cannot kick you out while the trial is ongoing. This gives us months, or even years, to process your residence through another route.
B. Principle of Proportionality
The key argumentIf you have roots (arraigo), family in Spain, children in school, or no criminal record, deportation is an excessive measure. We fight to change that deportation into a simple financial fine.
C. Supervening regularization
The masterstrokeIf during the judicial process we manage to get you granted an arraigo (social, labor, or family), the law forces the immediate cancellation of the deportation order.
Internment in a CIE
If you or a family member has been taken to an Internment Center for Foreigners (CIE), every hour counts. It is a high-pressure situation, but remember:
It is NOT a prison
Inmates retain all their fundamental civil rights.
Maximum period: 60 days
Internment cannot exceed 60 days under any circumstances.
Ways to freedom
Stable address, family ties, or lack of flight risk.

Expert advice
"If the police hands you a notification, do not sign anything without a lawyer reviewing it. Many cases are won or lost in the first 48 hours of action."
